Croydon Council are consulting on the proposed renewal of the Thornton Heath and surrounding area Public Space Protection Order (PSPO)
The current PSPO was introduced in February 2024 and is due for renewal in February 2027. The proposal is to renew the Order so that the Council and Metropolitan Police can continue to use the additional powers available to address street drinking, public nuisance and other anti-social behaviour in the area.
